RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

Streetwear is about confidence, and confidence requires a flawless fit. If a drop doesn’t settle perfectly on your shoulders or match your vibe, we have engineered a frictionless reverse supply-chain mechanism to sort you out.

2. THE 7-DAY WINDOW RULE

We extend an uncompromised 7-Day Return and Exchange Matrix from the exact timestamp of delivery confirmation. Requests registered after the 168th hour post-delivery will be automatically locked out by our processing interface.

3. MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY THRESHOLDS

To qualify for a successful reverse transition, your apparel must be returned in its pristine, original condition:

  • The item must be completely unwashed, unworn, and free of any odors, perfume, sweat, or dust stains.
  • All unique product tags, brand labels, and premium packaging inserts must be entirely intact and attached.
4. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN & EXCHANGE FRAMEWORK
  1. Initiation: Log onto our automated Return Portal using your Order ID and registered mobile number. Select your preference: Exchange for a different size/design or a complete Return.
  2. Reverse Pickup Execution: Our automated logistics network will initiate a reverse pickup within 24–72 hours. Our courier partner will perform a doorstep check. If the item shows obvious wear, they hold the authority to refuse the pickup.
  3. Quality Check Assessment: Once the returned item reaches our central warehouse, our internal quality control unit inspects it. This assessment takes up to 48 hours from arrival.
5. REFUND SETTLEMENT PATHS
  1. Prepaid Orders: Upon successful quality validation, refunds are processed back to your original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5–7 business days.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD transactions, the refund is processed via a secure Razorpay Payout link sent to your verified mobile number and email. You can instantly claim the amount to your chosen UPI id or Bank Account. Alternatively, you can opt for immediate store credit via a Vichitr Keeda Digital Gift Card.
  3. Non-Refundable Adjustments: Initial shipping fees and specific COD convenience surcharges are paid directly to our logistics partners and are non-refundable.
